International delivery is super fast, and very very reasonably priced. While emails are answered within 24 hours, even in relation to stupid questions regarding their preservatives. And here's the real kicker - my favourite product of theirs was discontinued, I asked what had happened to it... they told me...then a day later I got an offer to make up a batch! I ordered a 1-2 year supply of my saviour cream and am now dreading them running out. Now *that* is customer service.

They offer very cheap samples, their postage costs are on the floor (even with international delivery), their postage time is super short (again, even international is around 5 days, UK is around 2 days). They answer my stupid emails within 24 hours AND go out of their way to fulfill requests (putting a note in a parcel).

I have never had an email answered by them unless answerable by a 'stock' answer. However, any issues such as broken or missing orders are dealt with quickly and at their own cost.
